You invite the guests, we clean the house! Make your next gathering extra special by holding it at the Morris-Butler House. Our reasonable rental rates and optional tea service make the mansion the perfect setting for weddings, showers, receptions, birthday parties, and more.

- The formal parlor, library, dining room, meeting room and lawn at the Morris-Butler House can be rented for private use.
- Space can be rented for for a few hours up to a full day.
- Food and drink permitted in library, dining room, and meeting room.
- Formal parlor may be rented for photographs and ceremonies.
