Indianapolis Historic Properties

In Indianapolis, our Fund for Landmark Indianapolis Properties (FLIP) offers properties for sale in several neighborhoods. We market these properties for sale with protective covenants and resell to buyers who agree to restore the buildings.

Indianapolis – Fall Creek Place

Indiana Landmarks is currently working with the city of Indianapolis to bring back the historic downtown neighborhood of Fall Creek Place. We have already performed basic stabilization and resold several properties and continue the work on many more. All properties must be owner-occupied for five years.

Indiana (outside Indianapolis)

Outside of Marion County, we offer properties for sale through our Fund for Landmark Indiana Properties (FLIP II) program. As in Marion County, we sell these properties with protective covenants to buyers who will restore the buildings.

Endangered Properties For Sale

Indiana Landmarks works with interested parties to save these endangered places. Their loss is imminent and time is short to save them. Historic Landmarks does not own these properties.
