Holman comes to Indiana Landmarks Center to share an original story on the history and revival of Hotel Elkhart, billed in the early twentieth century as “Northern Indiana’s Finest Hotel.” For its transformation of the 1923 landmark, 500 Main, LLC won Indiana Landmarks’ 2024 Cook Cup for Outstanding Restoration, recognizing the project’s significant investment and impact on downtown Elkhart.
Indiana Landmarks and Storytelling Arts of Indiana, with support from Frank and Katrina Basile, developed the If These Walls Could Tell series in 2011.
