South Bend Hosts Statewide Preservation Conference
In 2020, Indiana’s preservation conference takes place in South Bend where we’ll explore creative adaptive reuse projects that preserve the city’s industrial and manufacturing legacy for the twenty-first century.
We encourage proposals that deal with adaptive reuse projects that reflect changing economies, new life for “white elephants,” preservation-sensitive substitute materials, and the celebration of Indiana’s industrial and manufacturing heritage. We also invite session proposals concerning innovative approaches to preservation and the use of cutting-edge technology in saving and restoring Indiana landmarks of any age.
Speakers receive complimentary conference registration and hotel accommodations.
