Part historic walking tour, part imaginary showdown, discover Indianapolis through tales of some of the most memorable characters to shape the Circle City. Get to know our 16 contenders as you stroll downtown on a 75-minute guided interactive tour, ranking your favorites tournament-style to reveal your choice for Indianapolis’s most notable—or notorious—historical figure.

Tourgoers will view historic landmarks and statues while hearing stories about the influential individuals they represent across more than a hundred years of Indianapolis history. Featured figures include entrepreneur Madam C.J. Walker, actor James Dean, First Lady Caroline Scott Harrison, and more.

This outdoor walking tour departs from Hudnut Commons (50 S. Capitol Ave, Indianapolis). Groups will cover approximately one mile over the course of 75 minutes.

TICKETS
