Learn to repair and maintain vintage wood floors in your historic property. Led by preservation experts, the presentation will cover steps for refinishing including sanding, repairing, staining, and protecting, and tips for ongoing care. No prior knowledge or experience needed.
The workshop lasts approximately 1.5 hours. Due to stairs required to enter the workshop space, the event is not accessible to all.
This event is one in a series of trades training workshops presented by Indiana Landmarks and South Bend TradeWorks aimed at equipping historic homeowners with DIY knowledge and contractors with in-demand skills to offer clients with historic building repair needs.
