Suites A & B, located on the second floor and available for $350/month, offer 175 and 144 square feet, respectively, and include closet, rug, and window treatments.

Suite C, located on the third floor and available for $500/month, offers 480 square feet and includes closet, built-in shelving, and a window seat.

All spaces include Wi-Fi and off-street parking. Tenant will have use of first-floor conference room and kitchen. First floor is ADA accessible, but rental spaces are accessible only by stairs.
